Sage Recruiting is partnering with a fintech infrastructure company that powers the technology and operational backbone behind modern financial products. Our client helps businesses launch and scale regulated financial offerings by transforming complex workflows into reliable, developer-friendly platforms.

They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join a growing product team working at the core of a multi-asset platform that includes both API and white-label application experiences. This is a chance to step into a product with real traction, meaningful technical depth, and broad strategic importance across the business.

What You’ll Work On

• Own and evolve core areas of a multi-asset fintech platform
• Partner closely with engineering and leadership to define priorities and drive execution
• Translate complex business and technical needs into clear product direction and strong product requirements
• Help prioritize feature sets and make thoughtful tradeoffs across platform capabilities
• Work across platform domains, including API-led products, money movement, and trading-related experiences
• Contribute to the next phase of the product roadmap, including AI-enabled initiatives planned over the next 6–12 months
• Operate close to the platform and infrastructure layer, where product decisions have meaningful downstream impact

What They’re Looking For

• Senior-level product management experience
• Strong experience with B2B API products
• Experience working on platform products or infrastructure-adjacent product surfaces
• Strong technical judgment and comfort working closely with engineering teams
• Ability to prioritize effectively in complex, fast-moving environments
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• A process-oriented, self-directed working style
• Fintech experience, especially in non-traditional regulated environments

Especially Relevant Backgrounds

• Trading or investing platforms
• Gaming or sports betting
• Digital banking on the B2B side
• Crypto or other financial infrastructure environments

Nice to Have

• Comfort building lightweight proofs of concept or prototypes
• Familiarity with modern AI-enabled tools and workflows
